Berapa dah saya turun berat?

Target saya : BMI cecah kawasan selamat 18-25 dan mengurang boroi perut

Plan saya dari beberapa minggu lepas:
  1. Makan Supermaxx 5
  2. Ubah plan diet kepada yang lebih banyak sayur2an dan mengurangkan carbohidrat dan melebihkan serat dari sayur2an. Buah tak berapa nak minat. Memakan lebih banyak ikan dari seafood lain dan mengurangkan kadarkan pengambilan RED meat kepada 3 serving per week. Susu keju memang tak berapa suka. Seminggu sekali mesti makan yoghurt kerana baik untuk usus.
  3. 2 kali seminggu masuk Sauna FIR selama 40 minit. Sepatutnya membakar 600kcal sekali masuk. Walaupun susah nak datang tapi at least once a week. Memang berpeluh banyak. Kalau tak minum masa sauna can lost up to 0.6 kilo.
  4. Berfikiran positive
So far walaupun baru lost 1.5 kg . My waist dah hilang seinci ... dulu 34 inches pun ketat now may be 33 inch. Boroi pun dah ketara hilang. My comliance to supermaxx so far ..well to tell u the truth only once a day. My second box and my aim only to reduce my weight to 73kg which translate into BMI of 23. ..... it will looks good on me.

My weight from constant 76.4 kilos now hovering around around 74.5kg. Bila timbang make sure anda timbang bukan lpas makan sebab berat air yang anda minum pasti akan mempengaruhi keputusan. Gunakan timbany yang sama. my fav ... my timbang digital ...accurate most of the time. The most important is i dont have to be hungry all the time. Belanja dapur pun makin murah pasal sayur lebih murah dari daging.

By calculation from the internet .... kalory yang saya perlukan sehari dalam 2400kcal. To loose weight I need to cut down to 1600kcal ( susah nak buat ) but supermaxx has help me to
  • Reduce my hunger my reducing my apetite and feeling " kenyang " all the time. Tapi tengahari kna mkan just enough gak klau tak pukul 3 rasa mengigil tangan may be paras gula rendah.
  • Burm my fat and probably lost some more calories.
  • Guar gum can do the tricks ... and from my reading the powder is now safely used to help reduce weight and you must drink enough water ( 8 glasses) a day because of it high fibre content.
I want to stay slim and fit .... looks good on others people eyes too.
